A place where everyone can be seen.

Planned Parenthood offers more than just the reproductive care it’s known for. It offers all kinds of important healthcare with a sense of compassion, and an understanding that all people deserve to be seen not only as patients, but as people. Planned Parenthood wanted to spread a message about it’s healthcare mission – especially to the many people in Black and Brown communities that have been ignored, mistreated,
and misunderstood by those in the traditional healthcare field.


We launched the Be Seen campaign with a message of affirmation from one generation to another, delivered by Emmy-winner Lynn Whitfield. We then put out a call for kind words from the community to be delivered to our Be Seen Mailbox.
Artists, podcast hosts, and real people left messages of encouragement for anyone who may feel unseen.
